Probably about 1%

Prep time is about 1 hour, mostly cooling after boiling fruit, water, and sugar. Four ingredients; water, fruit, sugar, yeast. I ferment at room temp 1-2 days then refrigerate. At that point they are fully carbonated. The short ferment keeps the alcohol content low. If they sit long enough, even in the fridge, they definitely get dryer.
